Elder Baine
Leader of the Canadian faction of the Brotherhood of Steel.
Elder Chantal Baine, the current leader. Follows the traditional values of the Brotherhood of steel to collect technology and lost or forgotten pre-war knowledge. Very headstrong, outspoken, daring and extremely brutal at times. It should be known that Baine is obviously Irish, and a very heavy drinker. Baine is far more rambunctious that many other Elders of the past, though it is through her unusual nature that makes he a strong leader. Shockingly enough, she's intelligent and has an extensive knowledge about battle tactics and technologies.
